    A leader in nursing and healthcare, she possesses over ten years of experience in developing healthcare professionals and leading strategic initiatives that enhance the quality of care and institutional excellence. She holds a Doctor of Nursing (DN) degree from Florida Atlantic University and has extensive experience in improving healthcare work environments, developing leadership programs, and supporting evidence-based innovation. She has contributed to significant national and international achievements, including King Fahd Military Hospital's attainment of Magnet® recognition—the first military hospital outside the United States to receive this accreditation and the establishment of the first Saudi nursing residency program at the Ministry of Defense. She has also secured PTAP accreditation and other international and local accreditation programs related to quality and safety. Dr. Hanan has participated in leading multidisciplinary teams, developing education and research units, and fostering a professional practice environment based on shared governance. She has represented the Kingdom at international conferences, presenting research and presentations on nursing leadership, health technology, and patient safety. An active member of several professional societies, she is committed to continuously improving healthcare systems and empowering future nursing leaders.

    A healthcare leader with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare administration, he has held several leadership positions in hospitals and healthcare clusters, most notably as head of nursing departments, director of continuing professional development and education, and director of a dialysis center. He possesses strong expertise in team leadership, competency development, performance improvement, and leadership building in both the healthcare and non-profit sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Education in Nursing from King Saud University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Shaqra University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Education in Nursing. He also holds an Executive Leadership Diploma in Nursing from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, in addition to several professional certifications in leadership, training (TOT), and quality. He is active in volunteer work and initiative development, and is passionate about developing leadership practices and enhancing the quality of healthcare.
